My role is to handle the travel, coordination, and communication so you’re not managing those details on your own.

01 How I support you
If you're the kind of person who reheats their coffee three times before they actually drink it or sometimes forgets to eat, you already know you're not about to take on coordinating travel for all your guests.
So my job is everything between "we're getting married in Jamaica" and your guests arriving at the resort smoothly.

There are two separate planning roles in a destination wedding. Here's what I do vs what the resort does.

We work alongside each other. But you hire me first, because the resort you choose shapes everything else.

02 How we work together
1. 15-minute meet & greet
We figure out if we're a good fit to work together.
2. Custom proposal
Resort recommendations based on your guest count, date and wedding vibe.
3. Contract + deposit
We make it official and you claim one of the six spots on my calendar.
4. Planning begins
Room blocks, guest travel site, RSVP management, monthly updates guest questions and support. I handle it all.
5 Your wedding
You and your guests show up and celebrate.
03 Packages & pricing
All packages require a $500 deposit to secure your date. Flexible payment plans available across all tiers.
Essentials

Up to 30 guests

Signature

Up to 60 guests
Everything in Essentials, plus a more elevated arrival and wedding-week experience:
