We handle the travel side of the wedding. Things like resort selection, guest booking, room blocks, transfers, deadlines, and guest communication. The resort handles the wedding ceremony itself. Our role is to make sure travel logistics don’t become something you’re managing alongside planning a wedding.

Yes, because the resort coordinator focuses on the wedding day details inside the resort package. They don’t manage guest travel, answer individual booking questions, or track who’s arriving when. Those pieces are where couples usually feel the most overwhelmed.

Most couples work with us before choosing a resort. We help narrow down resorts based on guest count, budget comfort, travel ease, and the overall experience you want then we build the travel plan around that decision. Ideally, this happens 12–18 months before the wedding date, when availability and options are best.
