Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can you deliver welcome bags to my guests in Jamaica?
Yes! We deliver directly to the front desk or wedding department of resorts, villas, Airbnbs, or hotels in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril and anywhere in Jamaica.

2. What’s the minimum order for welcome bags?
The minimum order is 12 items for both welcome bags and single items. Each price listed on our website reflects a set of 12.

3. How far in advance should I place my order?
Please allow at least three weeks after full payment for us to process and deliver all orders. 

4. Can I reserve my welcome bags in advance to guarantee delivery for my wedding/event date?
The best way to secure your spot is to hold your date on our calendar. Check out Reserved for You for more info on how to hold your date.

5. How will my order arrive?

Ready-to-ship packages arrive fully assembled and ready to distribute. Custom packages including a vessel (bag/box) are also delivered assembled. Single items or table favours come in cartons for you to package as you like.

6. What if an item in my order becomes unavailable?
Occasionally, items may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value, and we’ll communicate with you before making any changes.

7. What is your payment policy?
We accept payments via PayPal using debit or credit cards. Orders are only processed after full payment has cleared.

8. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund minus any fees. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.

9. Can I pick up my order myself?
We don’t offer pickup services. All deliveries are either done locally by our bearer or via third-party couriers.​

10. What if my items get damaged during delivery?
We take pride in packaging items so that they arrive as safe as possible and in good condition. Bella Bear Gift & Travel Services is not responsible for damages to items after they have been delivered to your location by our bearer or after they have been handed over to the third-party couriers.

11. What if I’m not happy with my order?
Due to the nature of the items, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re dissatisfied, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

12. What is the delivery timeframe?
Orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 11 am and 5 pm.
