2. Why is the trip scheduled for May 23-27?

We’ve selected these dates because May 26 is Memorial Day, giving you the chance to maximize your PTO by only requesting 2 days off from work! Additionally, many children will still be in school, making the resort less crowded and perfect for adults seeking a more relaxing getaway.

3. Can I customize my trip?

This is a curated trip, meaning all the details are taken care of for you! There are no customizations, but everything is designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.

4. How much is the deposit?
​

The deposit includes a $50 concierge fee and a $50 per person payment that will be applied directly to your booking.

5. Can I make monthly payments?
​

Yes! Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. After booking, you’ll receive access to a client portal where you can make convenient monthly payments until your final balance is due.

6. When is the final payment due?
​

The remaining balance is due by April 16, 2025.

7. Is travel insurance included?
​

Travel insurance is not included, but we highly recommend adding it to your package for added peace of mind. You can use your Vacae Funds towards purchasing insurance. You can easily add it through your client portal.

By making a reservation for this package, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
Please review the following carefully:

Changes or Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Any modifications to your booking will be handled according to the vendor's policies and may incur additional fees or penalties. These fees are imposed by the vendor and are outside of our control. Please note that our concierge fee of $50 is non-refundable.

Name on Reservation: Reservations must be made in your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued ID.
​

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Secure your reservation today to lock in this special rate.

Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
​

Roommate Payment Responsibility: If applicable, you are responsible for ensuring that your roommate makes timely monthly payments as well.

Name Changes: Name changes are allowed, but they incur a $150 fee, plus any applicable vendor fees.

Late Payment Policy: Late payments for your final balance will not be accepted. Your reservation will automatically cancel unless payment in full has been received by the due date. Once cancelled, we will not be able to reinstate your cancelled reservation. All payments received on the cancelled booking are forfeited.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking this curated trip, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. It’s important to read and understand them to ensure your booking goes smoothly:

Passport Requirement
A valid passport book is required for all travellers to enter Jamaica. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Please verify your passport’s expiration date to ensure it does not expire before November 23, 2025. No refunds will be provided for expired passports.
Monthly Payment Plan
To keep your reservation current, you are required to make monthly payments. Monthly reminders will be sent to you via email. Your final payment must be received by the Final Payment Due date to receive your travel documents and itinerary, which will be sent via email 30 days or earlier before travel.
Arrival Time in Jamaica
We recommend arriving in Jamaica on May 23, 2025, before 4 pm to ensure smooth group transfers to the resort. If you arrive outside the recommended time, you may be responsible for additional transfer arrangements at your own expense.
Flight Booking & Transfer
You are responsible for booking your own flight to Jamaica. Flight information must be provided by March 15, 2025. Once you book your flight, send your confirmation details to us so we can coordinate your transfer to the resort. If you are arriving or departing outside of the trip dates (May 23-27, 2025), you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your transfers to and from the resort.
Email Communication
It is your responsibility to keep us updated on any changes to your email address so that you can receive all important notices, payment reminders, and travel instructions.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. While not included, you can use your Vacae Funds towards purchasing insurance for your trip. Insurance can be added at anytime prior to final payment. Additional details will be provided upon request.
